1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • In the case of incorrect, damaged, or defective items, Noai Trips will cover the return shipping cost.
  • We will arrange the return pickup where possible or provide a shipping label if needed.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, your refund will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method after confirmation.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items that show signs of use or wear
  • Products returned after the 3-day return window
  • Items returned without original packaging
